Please read course information before booking to ensure that the training you book is suitable for you and your dog. If in doubt, please contact us and ask. To complete your booking, you can use a credit card, debit card, Venmo, or PayPal account. Please note you can purchase multiple events and make one payment. Once you have completed the booking process, you will be asked to make secure payment by either of these methods.

Not sure what to book?

No worries. We know that sometimes people need a little extra time to make sure what they booked really is for them, so for this reason we operate a 7 day “think about it” policy.” This basically means that after you book any training with us you have a whole 7 days to change your mind and get a full refund if you think the training you booked isn’t suited to you. There is one thing to keep in mind here, If the training you have booked actually falls within the 7 day period – we’re sorry we can’t offer a refund so close to the event. But, if you are within 7 days of booking, and the event is more than 7 days in the future, and you do decide that you wish to cancel, please email us within our 7 day “think about it” period and we will happily refund you right away.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we operate a no refund policy outside of our “7 day think about it” period for bookings for all training events.

• 121s, Consult or Zoom Calls – If you have an emergency situation where you need to cancel or reschedule your confirmed booking, you need to notify us, in writing, a minimum of 72 hours before the start of your confirmed time slot. 
• Any reschedules for 121s, Consult or Zoom Calls under 24 hours will not be able to be rescheduled.
• Any other event booking – if you want to change or swap any other training event, you need to notify us in writing as soon as possible. If there is room in another class we will try our best to fit you into one that fits your schedule better. 

Weekly Classes

If you are unable to attend any of your classes, please inform your trainer as soon as possible.

In the dog training industry, it is professionally unethical to guarantee any training results. We can guarantee, however, that you will work with a highly trained and educated instructor who will make this fun for you and your dog!
